4月30日下午，一场以“光合四季”为主题的环保美学分享会在柯桥举行，吸引了20多位外国艺术家、设计师前来交流设计灵感。该活动由浙江梅盛新材料有限公司主办，由落户在柯桥的外国人才参与组织，中意联合人才科技创新中心提供支持。分享会上公布了“Evolve演变”创意设计大赛相关信息，并向在中国留学、工作的外国设计人才发出参赛邀请函，以助推我区“外国人才互相引荐”的高端人才集聚新模式。 “梅盛新材料”是一家主营定岛型超细纤维生态合成革新材料的国家高新技术企业，拥有20项超纤生产工艺发明专利，以自然、环保和健康为研发理念，研制生产的产品涵盖汽车内饰、时尚、家居等领域。近来，为满足不同客户对产品的个性化需求，探究产品的新应用方向，公司希望招引全球设计人才，设计打造具有国际视野的设计方案。招引外国设计人才并不容易，但是在半个月前我区举办的首场“老外创新创业月会”活动上，“梅盛新材料”一下子找到了合适的合作伙伴，目前双方已经开展了一系列合作。 “那场活动采用的也是外国人才互相引荐的模式，由外国人才组织，通过他们的社交圈，吸引更多的外国人才前来参会。”“梅盛新材料”副总经理钱能告诉记者，了解到外国人才在中国发展的具体诉求后，公司打算沿用这一模式，便跟外国合作伙伴联手举办了这一次分享会，希望通过分享会和创意大赛，让公司的需求通过与会外国人才扩散出去，吸引全球优秀设计人才的目光。 分享会“干货”满满，现场发布了柯桥区位优势、创业优惠政策、“梅盛新材料”经营理念和合作需求等。会上还举行了现场设计比赛，邀请与会人员利用手头的废弃超纤材料及旧报纸进行限时创意设计等。 柯桥传媒集团全媒体记者丨章哲农 来源：柯桥发布
