Postdoctoral Research Fellow Positions 2026

Our international Keqiao innovation park (KIP), located in Shaoxing city, Zhejiang province, China, is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher with expertise in the synthesis of nano-micromaterials, development of polymer composite materials using 3D Printing technique for applications such as Microwave Absorption, EMI Shielding, Biosensing applications, artificial intelligence, and semiconductor materials and related Device Development. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about innovation and is ready to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of biomaterials and regenerative medicine as well.

1. Expertise in Nanomaterial Synthesis and Polymer Composite Materials:

Experience: Hands-on experience in synthesizing and characterizing nanomaterials and polymer composites for biosensing. Includes controlled synthesis techniques (sol-gel, hydrothermal, electrospinning), surface modification, and advanced characterization (SEM, TEM, AFM, XRD, FTIR).

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in polymer chemistry and material science.

  • Expertise in biocompatibility testing and ensuring materials meet biological interface standards.

  • Skilled in biosensor implantation and integration into biological systems.

  • Knowledge of developing advanced composite materials and understanding bio-implantation requirements.

2. Expertise in AI and Machine Learning:

Experience: Experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) techniques for optimization and analysis tasks, process optimization, and predictive modeling. computational modeling tools such as COMSOL, ANSYS, or similar for simulating complex system. Experience in AI-driven automation and process improvement in various industrial or research contexts.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages Python and MATLAB for automating workflows and data processing.

  • Strong analytical skills for developing and implementing AI/ML algorithms.

  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and model systems effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative AI solutions.

  • Familiarity with integrating AI models into existing systems or processes for optimization.

3. Expertise in Semiconductor Materials and Device Development:

Experience: Experience in the development and integration of advanced semiconductor devices and systems, complex electronic components and integrating them into advanced systems, Practical experience in the application of light-responsive materials in innovative fabrication processes, utilizing semiconductor technologies for various applications.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor materials, devices, and systems.

  • Expertise in electronics integration, with a focus on photonic and flexible circuit components.

  • Familiarity with light-responsive materials and their application in device fabrication.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and optimize semiconductor devices and systems.

  • Proficiency in computational modeling tools and techniques for semiconductor systems.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams for successful project execution.
