4月23日，金柯桥科技城人才科技企业浙江津膜环境科技有限公司与南非科学院院士、南非膜学会主席贝基·曼巴（Bhekie Brilliance Mamba）成功举行院士工作站签约仪式。双方将就膜技术在工业废水资源化展开合作，为早日实现“双碳”目标，助推新时期国家绿色发展作出新的贡献。
柯桥区科技园是金柯桥科技城重点打造的政府主导平台、国家级科技企业孵化器，浙江绍兴外国高端人才创新集聚区是全省首个外国高端人才创新集聚区，全省首批“浙江院士之家”。浙江津膜作为柯桥区科技园的龙头企业，在企业的扩张发展进程中，急需纳米技术和膜技术方面的人才，金柯桥科技城相关负责人在了解企业诉求后，借助集聚区的院士资源，成功促成了企业与院士团队的联系对接。本次院士工作站的成功签约是金柯桥科技城各园区平台要素流动、优势互补、共建共享的生动缩影，今后，金柯桥科技城将继续搭桥牵线、精准匹配，促进各园区平台企业踊跃合作、共融互通，形成良好、互利产业生态。

On April 23, the Contract Signing Ceremony for the establishment of academician expert workstation between Prof. Bhekie Mamba and Jinmo Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.was successfully held in Keqiao. Prof. Bhekie Mamba is an expert from KIP and an academician of the South African Academy of Sciences. The relevant leaders of the District Science and Technology Association, Construction Management Committee of Shaoxing Golden Keqiao Sci-Tech City, and the operations manager of Shaoxing Keqiao Academician Town attended the meeting.

At the meeting, foreign entrepreneurs in KIP combined their experiences, entrepreneurial projects, landing docking, work and life situations to exchange experiences, shared results, and provided suggestions on gathering and promoting overseas talents to come to Keqiao for innovation and entrepreneurship, and promoting high-quality development of Keqiao.

On February 5, Zhejiang (Shaoxing) High-Level Foreign Experts Innovation Center organized foreign friends to celebrate the Lantern Festival together in Anchang Ancient Town. Foreign friends from Italy, Morocco, Ghana, Algeria, Russia and other countries, together with the park staff and local residents, experienced traditional folk activities such as making lanterns, guessing lantern riddles, writing Spring Festival couplets, tasting the Lantern Festival, and all gathered together to celebrate the festival.

作为与摩尔多瓦经济研究院（ASEM）签署谅解备忘录（MoU）的后续行动，2月1日，浙江（绍兴）外国高端人才创新集聚区Jean-Guy教授及其夫人前往北京访问摩尔多瓦驻华大使Dumitru Braghis。通过此次访问交流，加强双方多领域合作关系，寻求共同合作的机会。次日，Jean-Guy教授分别与北京和上海的法国驻华大使馆最高外交科学团队进行交流，期望在相关研究领域建立更加密切和深度的合作。集聚区通过访问中欧双方科学与经济界的主要参与者来巩固和加强发展，为互利合作开辟更加广阔的空间。
February 1，as a follow up of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) already signed with the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (ASEM), Professor Jean-Guy FONTAINE and his wife were hosted by the Ambassador Dumitru Braghis of Moldova in Beijing. During this meeting, they have deepened the relationship between KIP in all sectors of activities in Moldova. The next day Professor Fontaine had an exchange with the highest diplomatic scientific team of the French Embassy in Beijing. He did also the same with representatives in Shanghai, French Consulate. KIP maintains and reinforce his position through visits with major actors in the scientific and economic community in Europe and in China.
