November 15, the China–Italy Chronic Disease Early Screening Seminar was successfully held at Shaoxing People’s Hospital.
The conference invited a team of experts from Italy in relevant fields, including Vincenzo Ricco, Founder of the D-Tails S.r.l. and Marco Leonetti, Principal Researcher at the National Research Council of Italy (CNR), Nanotechnology Center, who delivered cutting-edge academic presentations titled “All-in-One Laboratory Construction” and “Super-Resolution in the Eye: Early Diagnosis of Neurodegenerative Diseases”, respectively. Zhang Baogang, Director of the Department of Pathology at Shaoxing People’s Hospital, shared an academic presentation on “Molecular Mechanisms of Tumor Microenvironment–Driven Metastasis and Therapy Resistance”.
The meeting also included academic exchanges and cooperation discussions between the two sides, attended by the hospital’s leadership and key academic members.
The event aimed to accelerate international cooperation in cutting-edge medical technologies and to strengthen the foundation for the development of joint international laboratories.
