On July 3, the 2025 Keqiao Talent Program Review was held at the Zhejiang (Shaoxing) High-Level Foreign Experts Innovation Center (KIP) .
Six foreign PhD holders from institutions including the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhejiang University, and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology presented projects in advanced materials, AI, biomedicine, and infrastructure monitoring.
