On July 2, the “International Shaoxing: Towards a Bright Future” research seminar was held at Shaoxing People’s Hospital, co-organized by the CAST Zhejiang (Shaoxing) Work Base (KIP).
More than 30 foreign experts from countries including Italy, Germany, and France joined discussions on bioimaging, neurodegenerative disease screening, and precision oncology.
Keynote speakers included Giancarlo Ruocco (Academy of Europe; Italian Institute of Technology), Luigi Buonaguro (National Cancer Institute, Naples), Franco M. Buonaguro (INT-Naples; Global Virus Network), Alessandro Weisz (University of Salerno), Emiliano Descrovi (Politecnico di Torino), and Antonello Cutolo (Baoye Group; University of Naples Federico II).
The “Zhejiang–Italy AI & Materials MedTech Joint Laboratory” was also unveiled at the event.
