Madi Omar has many years of industrial‑design and production‑process management experience in the optics field. He has guided product R&D for several foreign optical‑industry companies—optimizing product designs, planning production processes, developing quality plans and revising process recipes.

He brings a wealth of experience in adjusting and optimizing production‑process parameters to meet customer quality requirements and real‑world manufacturing conditions, minimizing production costs without compromising quality. He has helped establish and refine quality‑management systems for firms such as the Morocco Optical Union Remote Company. He has also organized training on system standards and quality management for multiple companies, and partnered with their marketing teams to conduct on‑site technical exchanges and services—resolving issues effectively and driving final sales.

As a senior engineer at Gewu, Madi Omar carried out a structural redesign of the first‑generation DIPLE. He oversaw the manufacturing process for DIPLE microscopes, possesses deep expertise in materials, production workflows and management, and understands user psychology intimately—adjusting processes and materials to user needs to boost product quality and accelerate mass production.
