China Exchange Program 2025
The CEP project, established by the China Foundation for International Talent Exchange in 2024, is based on the principles of promoting development through openness and inclusiveness, mutual empowerment for growth, and selecting the best for practical results. The project provides funding for outstanding young foreign talents to come to China for visiting exchanges, international internships, and short-term work, thereby facilitating the understanding and appreciation of China by young foreign talents and promoting mutual understanding, friendship, and growth among young people from both China and other countries.
Research exchange program leading to Postdoc program
1. Application conditions:
Foreign youth coming to China should meet the following conditions at the same time

Over 18 years old and under 35 years old (including 35 years old, subject to the date and time of application).

Graduate from foreign colleges and universities (including vocational and technical colleges) within three years and obtain relevant degrees (doctoral students), and have relevant work experience for 2 years.

Have good language communication skills.

Be physically and mentally healthy, have no criminal record, and promise to abide by Chinese laws during his stay in China.

have to entry China in 2025 after selected, and exit China once within 6 month.
The domestic receiving unit shall meet the following conditions at the same time

Domestic receiving units must be enterprises, scientific research institutes, institutions of higher learning, etc. legally registered in Chinese mainland and with independent legal personality.

Have the willingness and need to hire and organize foreign youth to work in China for a short time;

Have a good international exchange environment and working foundation, be able to provide necessary working and living conditions for foreign youth, and have a sound and standardized internal management system.

The positions that accept international short-term jobs are non-confidential and non-sensitive positions.

Be able to assist foreign youth in handling work permits, entry visas and other related procedures.

Before receiving the funding, you can advance the relevant expenses to ensure that foreign youth come to China and carry out related activities in China.
2. Need Materials ( Please provide those before 3 Dec):

Passport(The validity period shall not be less than 6 months.

CV.

Degree Certificate (bachelor, master, P.h.D.) (for P.h.D, one need to do verifcation certificate in CSCSE Center(https://zwfw.cscse.edu.cn/).

Official certificate of no criminal record issued by the applicant’s country of nationality or long-term residence (region) ( And need notarized by the embassy), and given date need be within recently 6 month.

work experience proof (at least 2 years), the applicant’s original work unit must be stamped with an official seal or signed by the person in charge, and proof of contact person’s valid contact phone number or email must be left.
