***Conference Registration and Submission Instructions***

To complete your registration, participants are kindly requested to download the official registration form, fill it out accurately, and submit the completed form via email to Prof. Saied Pirasteh at [sapirasteh1@usx.edu.ca], with a copy (CC) to [spirasteh71@gmail.com], in order to initiate the registration process.

Please note that the conference follows an email-based submission policy for registration, and online registration is not available.

Due to the acceptance of a limited number of participants for this conference, early submission of the completed registration form is strongly encouraged to ensure consideration for participation. Only duly completed submissions received via email at the above addresses will be processed for final registration.

Submission and Registration: Submit your short abstracts only (~300 words). Full selected papers will be considered for post-conference Journal submission or as a book chapter. All full paper journal post-conference publications will be indexed by SCI and Web of Science. Full papers can be sent after the conference.

***Abstract Submission Guidelines***

Participants who wish to present at the conference are kindly requested to prepare and submit their abstract in accordance with the official template provided. The completed abstract should be sent via email to Mahdieh Shirmohammadi at 31243005@njnu.edu.cn, with a copy (CC) to s2pirast@uwaterloo.ca, for review and consideration in the scientific program.

Please note that the conference follows an email-based submission policy for abstracts, and no online submission system is available at this time.

Due to the acceptance of a limited number of abstracts for presentation, authors are strongly encouraged to submit their work at the earliest opportunity to ensure full consideration. Only duly submitted abstracts received via email at the above addresses will be reviewed for inclusion in the conference program.
