Twizere Pacifique holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Zhejiang Normal University. He is an expert in data mining, software engineering, and artificial intelligence, with many years of professional experience in web development, object‑oriented programming, HTML coding, software development (PHP, C#), jQuery, and mobile application development. He has led multiple software development projects that have been successfully deployed across the industrial, educational, and sales sectors. He is the founder of Nengzai Technology (Shaoxing) Co., Ltd.

During internships at several Rwandan companies, Twizere participated in and spearheaded the development and debugging of various industrial software systems. He designed and implemented an electrolytic machining control system that seamlessly integrates equipment via Ethernet, DriveCLig, and ProfiBus buses into a unified platform. Using Siemens Step7, he developed the system control programs, and with Siemens’ Operator Programming Package secondary development tools, he created the integrated software for a five‑axis electrolytic machining system. He has extensive R&D experience with industrial control devices such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

After returning to China, he founded Jinhua Nengzai Technology Co., Ltd., where he has collaborated closely with Shaoxing Lingfeng Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. to negotiate and co‑develop a high‑performance integrated control system for five‑axis electrolytic machining centers. By combining advanced software development techniques with both existing and upgraded hardware, he has delivered a control system that is user‑friendly, highly integrated, and capable of machining complex parts at scale.
