His research focuses on fluid mechanics, computational fluid dynamics, nanofluids, and renewable energy, with a strong emphasis on energy sustainability, net-zero goals, and alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. With a rich professional background spanning multiple countries, Prof. Rasool has held key roles such as Senior Researcher at Beijing University of Technology, Postdoc Fellow at Lebanese American University, and Assistant Professor at Wuxi University in China. He is also an Advisory Foreign Expert at the Innovation Center in Zhejiang, China, and leads collaborative projects, including as a foreign collaborator on smart grid sizing for EV charging at the University of Tabuk.<\/p><p>As a dedicated educator, he teaches courses like Fluid Mechanics and Calculus, emphasizing active learning and real-world application, while supervising M.S. and B.S. final-year projects in nanofluids and energy research. He co-founded the PMU\u2013JAR Joint Lab for Advanced Energy Nanomaterials, focusing on sustainable energy nanomaterials, and is associated with the Zhejiang (Shaoxing) High-Level Foreign Experts Innovation Center.
